FAQ's

For your convenience, here's a list of some of the most common questions we are asked and their respective answers. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, drop us a message and we will get you the information as soon as possible.

How do I pay?

At The Mobile Injury Clinic we accept cash, card or direct debit. At the end of your appointment, if you wish to pay by card, our expert will have a card reader where you can pay contactless or by inserting the card. We will then confirm the payment and you will receive a digital receipt if you wish to have one. Alternatively, you can pay via bank transfer and our expert will have the bank details ready, or you can pay by cash.

Am I within distance to be treated?

We generally treat people whos postcodes start with SS which includes people in areas of, Canvey Island, Hadleigh, Benfleet, Leigh-on-Sea, Westcliff-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea, Shoeburyness, Eastwood, Rochford & Hockley. 

Can you treat me?

If you are unsure whether we are able to treat you, drop us a call and we will let you know whether we think our service is something you can benefit from. As Physical Therapists and Sport Therapists, we treat all conditions of the musculoskeletal system.

What should I wear?

We generally advise for our patients to wear something loose fitting and easily accessible. We understand that sometimes this is not so easily if patients are rushing or even struggling to get changed therefore if you need assistance we are always here to help.
