Low Back Pain

Lower back pain is one of the most common reasons people struggle with work, training, and daily life. It can present as stiffness, aching, sharp pain with movement, or pain that flares with lifting, sitting, bending, or getting up after rest. Some cases are mechanical and settle quickly, while others become persistent or recur in cycles.

Care focuses on reducing pain, restoring comfortable movement, and building resilience so symptoms are less likely to return. Treatment may include hands-on therapy to ease joint and soft-tissue irritation where appropriate, alongside mobility work and progressive strengthening for the trunk, hips, and legs. You’ll also receive practical guidance on pacing, lifting technique, and activity modification, so you can stay active safely rather than avoiding movement. If your symptoms suggest nerve involvement or another cause that needs medical investigation, you will be referred promptly.
