Postural Symptoms

Postural symptoms often build gradually and can include neck and upper back stiffness, headaches, shoulder tension, mid-back aching, lower back pain, and fatigue from prolonged sitting or repetitive tasks. They’re commonly linked to sustained positions, reduced movement variety, and overloaded muscles and joints rather than a single injury.

Improving postural symptoms isn’t about forcing a “perfect posture.” It’s about restoring comfortable movement, improving tissue tolerance, and reducing irritation during daily activities. Treatment may include hands-on therapy to ease stiffness and muscle tension where appropriate, alongside mobility and strengthening work to build better support through the neck, upper back, shoulders, and core. You’ll also receive practical guidance on your home setup, corrective exercises, and simple daily habits that reduce flare-ups and help you stay comfortable throughout the day.
