Sports Injuries
Sports injury rehabilitation is focused on restoring strength, movement, and confidence after injury, so you can return to training and competition safely and perform at your best. It covers both acute injuries (such as sprains, strains, and impact injuries) and longer-term problems (including tendon pain, overuse injuries, and recurring flare-ups).

Rehabilitation is more than rest and symptom relief. It’s a structured progression that rebuilds capacity in the injured area and addresses the factors that contributed to the problem in the first place. This typically involves targeted strengthening, mobility and control work, and sport-specific conditioning, with gradual exposure back to running, lifting, changing direction, or impact as appropriate.

The aim is not only to get you back to sport, but to reduce the risk of re-injury by improving resilience, efficiency, and tolerance to training loads, helping you return stronger and more prepared than before.
